Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to shipment for credit. Customers cancelling orders after shipment are responsible for freight charges & restocking fees incurred by All About Tanks on their behalf. All About Tanks reserves the right to charge an additional 5% fee on all canceled orders, if the order has already been processed.

FREIGHT
All About Tanks will make every effort to find the least expensive freight options. Hence, why we do not provide freight options at check-out. We prefer to use Over the Road Professional Drivers to deliver our oversized LTL freight. Yes, you will have a contact and know where your freight is. For our LTL, we find the best rates via YRC/Yellow Freight.
Canadians visit our site second to the US. YES! we freight merchandise to Canada.
If you have a preferred freight carrier we will certainly work with your provider to arrange pick-up at the dock
Will Call is coordinated via All About Tanks at our manufacturers.
Return Goods Policy
All About Tanks maintains a strict return policy. A return will only be accepted up to the duration and parameters of the manufacturer's warranty for exchange or repair if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect. The end user needs to acquire a Return Authorization from the customer service department at All About Tanks. The defective product then needs to be shipped in its original packaging to the location provided by the customer service department at All About Tanks. No return shipments will be accepted by All About Tanks, or by the manufacturer of the defective product, without the original packaging and Return Authorization.
All About Tanks may arrange an exchange with the manufacturer for an alternative product. Once it is received in satisfactory condition by the manufacturer, the original product will be refunded, minus a restocking fee up to 25%, and the end user will be billed for the replacement product. The original product must be returned in "As New" and “resellable” condition, in the original packaging and with a Return Authorization provided by the customer service department at All About Tanks.
